Variation

Due to each piece being indivualy handmade the piece you recieve will have slight differences from the images on the web.

Delivery

We only accept orders for delivery within the UK.

Orders for buttons and beads are normally dispatched within 1 week, However orders for vessels can take longer (up to 4 weeks) due to the complex drying and firing process

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force 48.

Returns/Cancellations

If we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty, return them to us unused within one month and we will replace them or give a full refund.

The customer is responsible for paying postage for returns.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. When an order is cancelled by us a full refund will be given.

Privacy Notice

Melissa Choroszewska Ceramics collects and stores the information you give us on our web site, we also sometimes store ‘cookies’ when you use our web site.

We never provide your account, contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

We do not store your credit card information electronically, all payments are made and processed on our banking partners website (currently Paypal).
