Delivery

We only accept orders for delivery within the UK.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 week (any variation in delivery times will be posted on the web site).

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force 48.

Post and packing is charged at a flat rate of £3.75 per order.

Returns/Cancellations

If you wish to return the goods or if we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty, return them to us unused within one month and we will replace them or give a full refund. Once goods have been used, they cannot be returned for replacement or refund unless they are faulty.

The customer is responsible for paying postage for returns.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. When an order is cancelled by us a full refund will be given.

If an item ordered is not available we will substitute a similar item of the same or higher value or refund the difference. 

Privacy Notice

Teddy Bear Gift Shop collects and stores the information you give us on our web site, we also sometimes store ‘cookies’ when you use our web site.

We never provide your account, contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

We do not store your credit card information electronically, all payments are made and processed on our banking partners website (currently Paypal).
